Vacancy: Estimator

We are a construction company that carries out projects of any scale: from apartment renovations to turnkey commercial construction. Our team requires an Estimator to work in the office. Duties: Calculating labor costs and materials for carpentry and finishes Collecting and analyzing estimates from subcontractors Working with drawings and specifications Supporting the team in preparing proposals Requirements: Confident reading of drawings English at a level sufficient to understand drawings and specifications Knowledge of the imperialistic measurement system (feet, inches, etc.) Attention to detail, basic skills in Excel or estimating programs We are ready to train candidates with suitable experience in another country (not from scratch).
