We are an investment and construction company that buys and transforms old buildings into modern, cozy spaces for rent and sale. We currently have 8-10 new projects in the works, and we are seeking a foreman to manage the renovation work: organize the team, monitor deadlines, quality, and safety, manage materials, and liaise with the office. A foreman/foreman with 2-3 years of experience is required, along with the ability to lead a team and understand the renovation stages from rough to final. We offer a stable workload, prompt payments, assistance with housing, and competitive compensation based on experience.
We need young, energetic laborers for demolition work (mainly removing flat roofs). Part-time or full-time employment is possible, plus occasional weekend work is possible. Experience is not essential, but is encouraged. Pay is $25-30 per 1099 check. For questions, please call 347-856-8107
