Apartment in New York City. We are subletting our 1 bedroom oceanfront apartment in Far Rockaway, NYC. Long term or short term rentals are available. The apartment has a sofa and kitchen table with chairs, as well as a very good quality air bed, recliner chair, electric stove and airfrier, basic kitchenware. The building where the apartment is located has a laundry room downstairs. Parking can be available for an additional fee. The apartment has an ocean view. Rent is $2,000 per month, $600 per week + cleaning fee. A deposit of $2,000 is required and will be refunded upon check out if the owner is satisfied with the condition of the apartment, which must be the same as when you arrived.
