Who we are looking for: -Foreman -General handymen (turnkey renovation) Terms: -Stable employment and competent project organization -Weekly payments without delays -Payment: $20–40/hour ($1000–2800/week, $5400–9100/month) or piecework for teams. Payment terms are discussed with the Construction Director and depend on the schedule and experience of the candidate. We have an opening for a technician cleaning heating (Fireplace/Chimney), ventilation (Air Duct), and carpet systems. No experience is required, and we provide paid training during the first week. A vehicle is provided for work; a valid driver's license is required. The work schedule is 6 days a week. Duties include cleaning air ducts, dryers, and chimneys, as well as cleaning carpets and upholstery. All necessary equipment is provided. Pay is paid at the end of each week.
