We focus on premium design, precision installation, and excellent customer service. We are seeking a technical partner to join as a co-founder, not an employee. You will be responsible for the technical and production side of the business, while I will handle sales, marketing, customer communications, and finance. This is a partnership with equity in the business, not a salaried position. The right candidate will be offered equity in the company and the opportunity to grow with it.
