Dispatcher-coordinator for the ventilation, air conditioning and heating service department.

An HVAC company will hire a dispatcher-coordinator. The Coordinator interacts directly with clients, technical crews, co-workers and suppliers to ensure work is completed at a high level of service to our clients. Main job functions: -Receive calls from clients. -Create a daily (weekly) schedule for technical teams. -Manage services and maintenance from start to finish. -Send daily information to the accountant about each service and maintenance (description of work, time and materials) for invoicing clients. -If necessary, prepare a proposal for the client. -Order spare parts online and by phone. -Provide progress reports as required. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office technologies and applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Position requirements -At least 1 year of experience as a service manager in technical areas is desirable. -Ability to work in a team when interacting with management and technical teams. -Skills in communicating with clients. -Organizational abilities, accuracy and reliability, fulfillment of assigned tasks. -Ability to work from home by phone full time (Monday-Friday) from 8 to 5. -Basic proficiency in English.
