Responsibilities: - Visiting construction sites and meeting with potential clients. - Attracting new clients through cold calling and email. - Development of partnerships. - Analysis of customer needs and proposal of solutions based on BIM technologies. - Work with decision makers to create end-to-end solutions for client projects. - Conducting presentations and demonstrating the company’s services. - Personal elaboration of all the details of each new client proposal from the first contact to the conclusion of the contract. - Maintaining sales reports and analyzing results. - Participation in exhibitions and industry events. Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the B2B / construction sector. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently.
