Financial firm in Long Island City is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, Russian is a plus. This is an incredible opportunity to join our growing team!
Primary responsibilities include:

- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high pressure environment with a high degree of quality and accuracy;

- Review submitted documents for completeness and validity. Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents;

- Ability to communicate well with clients via email, phone and google voice text messages. Ability to take prompt decisions to resolve;

- Review data for discrepancies or errors, provide problem resolution where appropriate;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Ability to work well with all levels of management as well as external clients/customers;
- Demonstrated ability to work with computers and MS Office software (Word, Excel) and Internet related programs
- 1-2 Years' Experience in Office Environment


Job Type : Full-time


Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9AM -6PM


Compensation: Base Salary + Bonus 40K - 45K a year


Work authorization: Required

 

Location: The office is located in the heart of Long Island City


Train Stations: Queens Plaza Subway Station (E,M,R train) and Queensboro Plaza Subway Station (N,W,7 train)
