Insurance agent required in Sheepshead Bay area
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough customer assessments to understand their insurance needs.
- Educate clients about available insurance products and coverage options, recommending solutions that best suit their needs.
- Preparing and presenting insurance proposals, negotiating and closing sales.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up leads to ensure timely and effective communications.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in insurance sales or related field is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships and establish trust with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other related software applications.
- Insurance license or willingness to obtain one within a specified period of time.
- Knowledge of Russian and English is required.
