Requirements: Speaks fluent English and Russian. • Must have Social Security and legal status in the USA. • Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred. • Strong customer service skills with a focus on phone etiquette and client interaction. • Proficiency in computer skills • Experience with multi-line phone systems is highly desirable. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation. • Previous experience in office management or clerical roles is an asset. • Familiarity with medical receptionist duties is a plus but not required.
