The candidate must:

- maintain office services, organize office operations and procedures, schedule meetings
- control email correspondence.

We are a fast paced high-end architectural company, seeking an Office Manager with knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: candidates must possess enthusiasm, and efficiency and enjoy multitasking along with strong computer and organizational skills.
Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, and monitoring clerical functions. Schedule meetings and appointments. Document scanning and computer filing skills are required.
Excellent phone and personal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook is a must.
Must be able to work under pressure. Strong willingness to learn.
While all duties are not listed, the ideal candidate will successfully organize and help with day-to-day operations and tasks of our office, paperwork filing, be comfortable in a team environment, and be a quick learner.
