We are looking for a responsible and attentive accountant who will help us put our numbers in order and maintain stable operation of internal processes. ⸻ Responsibilities: – Accounting in QuickBooks – Preparation of basic financial statements – Accounting of expenses, payments and returns in e-commerce (Shopify, Amazon, etc.) – Maintaining salaries and settlements with employees (W-2 / 1099) ⸻ Requirements: – Experience as an accountant from 1 year – Confident use of QuickBooks – Knowledge of the specifics of accounting in e-commerce will be a big plus – Understanding of the principles of calculating salaries and the basics of labor legislation (USA) – Mandatory knowledge of the Russian language and a working level of English – Willingness to work offline in the office (Brooklyn, NY), full-time
