Sales Specialist at a BIM company (New York)
About All-City Sketchers is a BIM engineering company headquartered in Westbury, New York. We work on construction projects. Our main clients are contractors and general contractors during construction. Our main services are field surveying, 3D laser scanning, conversion of a point cloud into a 3D model, coordination of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, as well as fire protection, electrical systems, etc. in the resulting model. Based on the resulting model, drawings are drawn for subsequent easy manufacturing and high-quality installation of all necessary elements. We are looking for a proactive, ambitious and creative candidate to join our team as a Sales Specialist who is ready to contribute to achieving our common goals. Responsibilities: - Visiting construction sites and meeting with potential clients. - Attracting new clients through cold calling and email. - Development of partnerships. - Analysis of customer needs and proposal of solutions based on BIM technologies. - Work with decision makers to create end-to-end solutions for client projects. - Conducting presentations and demonstrating the company’s services. - Personal elaboration of all the details of each new client proposal from the first contact to the conclusion of the contract. - Maintaining sales reports and analyzing results. - Participation in exhibitions and industry events. Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the B2B / construction sector. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently. Requests: - Higher education in engineering, architecture, management or related fields. - Deep understanding of the construction and engineering services market in the USA. - Knowledge of BIM technologies and their application in construction and architecture. - An existing customer base would be a significant advantage. - Experience working with general contractors, construction firms - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel preferred - Previous experience working on construction projects not required, but preferred Schedule: • Monday-Friday, standard daytime hours; from 8 am to 5 pm New York time. • Job type: Full time, average 40 hours per week.
