We are looking for a proactive, ambitious and creative candidate to join our team as a Sales Specialist who is ready to contribute to achieving our common goals. Responsibilities: - Visiting construction sites and meeting with potential clients. - Attracting new clients through cold calling and email. - Development of partnerships. - Analysis of customer needs and proposal of solutions based on BIM technologies. - Work with decision makers to create end-to-end solutions for client projects. - Conducting presentations and demonstrating the company’s services. - Personal elaboration of all the details of each new client proposal from the first contact to the conclusion of the contract. - Maintaining sales reports and analyzing results. - Participation in exhibitions and industry events. Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the B2B / construction sector. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently. Requests: - Higher education in engineering, architecture, management or related fields. - Deep understanding of the construction and engineering services market in the USA. - Knowledge of BIM technologies and their application in construction and architecture. - An existing customer base would be a significant advantage. - Experience working with general contractors, construction firms - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel preferred - Previous experience working on construction projects not required, but preferred Schedule: • Monday-Friday, standard daytime hours; from 8 am to 5 pm New York time. • Job type: Full time, average 40 hours per week.
