An office manager-accountant is required for the office with experience in Quick Books is required - English is REQUIRED We are looking for an experienced office manager and accountant who is proficient in the QuickBooks program to maintain financial records and provide customer support. If you are confident in managing accounting and have experience working with clients and contractors, this vacancy is for you. Responsibilities: Accounting in QuickBooks: accounting of expenses and income, invoicing, processing payments. Monitoring and administering application subscriptions. Negotiating with clients, contractors and suppliers. Providing technical support to clients on subscriptions and financial issues. Maintaining and keeping client cards up-to-date in the system. Carrying out administrative and organizational instructions of the manager. Requirements: Experience with QuickBooks is required. Accounting and reporting skills. Ability to negotiate and provide technical support to clients. Knowledge of office programs (MS Office) and CRM systems. Attentiveness, organization and responsibility.
