However, if they are selected to participate in multiple lotteries, they will have to choose which waiting list they prefer. • ONLY ONE ENTRY PER APPLICANT. Any applicant who submits a duplicate entry will not be entered into the lottery. An applicant may submit a paper entry or an online entry only. If an applicant has submitted an application online and also sent a letter, he/she will be considered to have submitted a duplicate application and will not be allowed to participate in the lottery. • An applicant whose name is selected in a lottery cannot be included in the household of any other applicant selected in the same lottery for that particular company housing project. Failure to do so will result in disqualification of both applicants. Additional Information: Selected applicants will be charged a non-refundable $75 application fee after the lottery. A limited lottery will be used to create a waiting list. There will be a maximum of 150 applicants for a one-bedroom apartment, 400 applicants for a two-bedroom apartment, and 300 applicants for a three-bedroom apartment.
