Secretary position
Looking for a proactive and organized office secretary.
You will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Handling various tasks such as answering phones, managing documents, scheduling appointments, and assisting with general inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update filing systems
- Assist in taking customer orders
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email correspondence
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office secretary or administrative assistant (not required but a plus)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Russian Speaking (not required but a plus)
